Policy

A credit card is required, for all clients, when booking either online or on the phone. A deposit of 50% will be charged to your card when booking your appointment. I do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment and failing to do so will result in deposit not being refunded. 

Existing clients, that do not have a credit card on file, yet, and fail to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, will be charged 50% of their services and will be required to provide a credit card for next appointment. When buying a package or gift card online, your credit card will immediately be charged.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Due to my personalized client care and services, I can not guarantee to hold your scheduled appointment if you are late. If you notify me ahead of time, I will do my best to accommodate you accordingly.

 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I will most likely, have to reschedule you for a later time or day, subject to availability. Clients’ who arrive after their scheduled time will be charged in full for their session and may reschedule their session for another day.
